- 'Baan jaidee' means 'warm heart', and, this is exactly what the owners have and radiate. Po and her husband are welcoming and very kind. They take exceptionally good care of their guests. - The bedroom and 2 shared bathrooms are very clean. - The guesthouse is neatly decorated with curiosa from Asian countries. Cool! - The guests are very quiet during the evening and night. (I could sleep in until 8 (and even later), which felt rejuvenating.) - Don't miss Po's breakfast: it's tasty. And good news for the coffee lovers: the coffee here is fresh and strong. - I stayed 3 nights, which gave me time to explore Trat (Wat Buppharam, the lake and night market), to read (Márquez) and to relax. - ขอบคุณมาก! It's a hidden jewel 😍 I only stayed 2 nights and it was so relaxing. Beautiful decorated, such comfy bed and spotless clean. The landlady is THE perfect host. She also has a lovely cafe with great coffee and healthy fruit-bowls. She also helped me with the transport to the ferry-pier for Koh Chang. I already booked again at Artist's Place Trat when I will return from Koh Chang. HIGHLY recommended!

The property was luscious, rich, artistic and homely. There was a lot of space to sit outside and a high attention to detail to the architecture and use of space. The owners were so kind and helpful. They were wonderful hosts that made our stay stress free and effortless. But be aware it is a small place. It is a private and domestic place. It is not a hotel, but rather a home in a home which we loved!

This place is exactly like the photos, we stayed in the individual bungalows and requested to extended our stay for a day! This is a family establishment with 3 generations working in it with love and care. Both mother and daughter are the most helpful and sweet person!! Make sure you check your tickets and see where its going as the island has another pier which is closer to the hotel! Book this place and you wont regret it :)

Had a great stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean and so was the pool. The bed is VERY, comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.
