I had an absolutely wonderful stay at MBB House. From the moment I arrived, the landlady went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she genuinely goes out of her way to help with anything you might need. Her warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is comfortable, clean, affordable, and high quality, with all the amenities you could want. It’s located on a peaceful, tucked-away street that still offers excellent connections to the main roads, making it easy to get around. Access to Bangtao, Thalang, and Cherngtalay is quick and convenient, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great area with great amenities. I’d happily recommend MBB House Guesthouse to anyone looking for a relaxed, well-placed, and great-value place to stay.

Of all of the beds that I have slept in in Nai Yang, this has been the best for me. I like soft beds where I can get them, and they seem to be quite uncommon in Thailand. I wouldn't call this bed soft, but I am able to sleep on my side in relative comfort, which I can't say about the others. Ammy at Sun & Sea is so friendly and welcoming and has really made my stay here extra pleasant. She even drove me over to the weekend market one day! I will have ended up staying here for nearly a month, which I think ought to say something about how happy I have been here. As a Soi Dog volunteer, getting a good night's sleep every night is pretty important. The area is quiet and the location is close to the Pensiri bus pickup (just a five minute walk). I get a good rest here every night and am ready for a day with the dogs when I wake. Water pressure is good, security of the property is good (two locking doors on the main floor rooms). Wifi is pretty good. I'm in the farthest room from the office (where I presume the router is) and my laptop gets about 82 mbps. My older tablet struggles with the signal though, and I sometimes can't get any meaningful connection. I've been very happy staying here and I bet that you will be too.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at MBB House. Stayed here durong our Spartan weekend Event. Really good experience. Lovely, helpful and friendly host. Great location. Very clean. The host gave us a free lift on her bile to the local bus stop and helped us get the bus shuttle back to the airport. They have motorbike/scooter rental. Good communication 100% reccomend and we will be back next year for the next Spartan weekend Event.
