Incredible wifi speeds: 200+ upload and download speeds! Even though the room was a little noisy with the bass sound from the coffee shop next door, and live music in the evenings it didn't interfere with the Zoom meetings I had. However, there is construction going on on the road outside the guesthouse which might disturb some. But once this is completed I will definitely be back as the location and room are great. Checking in was really easy and the lady who greeting me allowed me to check in at 9.30am, which was a real bonus. Kettle and fridge in room and the room is just as the photos. A/C was clean and cold. Desk and chairs for remote-working were really appreciated and lighting was good.

We loved our stay here! The hosts are so friendly, always have a big smile on their faces. Room is spacious, comes with aircon and has a fridge as well, away from the business of Pattaya, there is a kitchen downstairs if you need to use anything. Would defiantly stay here again, they also have very cute cats!
