We had an amazing 3-night stay at See Breeze House on Koh Yao Yai! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was done perfectly every single day. One of our rooms had an incredible sea view, and the other was equally comfortable and well-kept. The owner/manager was wonderfully kind and attentive, and the chef prepared the best Pad Thai, fried rice, and mango sticky rice we have ever eaten — truly the best meals our group had on the island! They also offer a convenient laundry service. The restaurant is simple but has a beautiful sea view, and the garden area with chairs is perfect for relaxing in nature while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding islands. There is also a parking area for rented motorbikes, which was very helpful. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, genuine experience where you can feel the kindness and hospitality of the island community. I loved everything about Bankunyaiy, it's peaceful & relaxed. The chalet I had was super comfortable, clean and tasteful. There are also some cheaper fan rooms, the photos don't do them justice really, they looked comfortable enough too. It's a small family run homestay, its lovely location is set among trees so the accomodations stay shaded. It's just a few minutes walk to the village with its shop and small night market and there are also a few restaurants the other way. The absolute icing on the cake is the warm friendliness of these wonderful people. They made me feel very welcome and took care of all my needs without any fuss. Fantastic, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supported us in every way. He not only arranged a scooter for us but also one with a sidecar, exactly in the quality we wanted. Later, he even drove us to the pier. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, individually customized breakfast that was not only tasty but also very reasonably priced. The entire property is lovingly maintained by the owner, his wife, and an employee. Everything was spotless and in top condition. The houses, built in 2019, are well-designed – modern, comfortable, and excellently maintained. A special highlight was the fish pond behind the property. My son and I were allowed to fish there for free, and afterward, I was even able to use the owner's kitchen to fry the fish fresh – a fantastic experience! Overall, we were completely satisfied – both with the host and the entire accommodation. If you’re looking for a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful place to stay, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back.

The place is really nice. The room was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. They offer different facilities like laundry service or motorbike rental at a very reasonable price. There is a 7/11 at a walking distance. The owners are friendly and very supportive, helping us with the transfer and not only.

We loved everything about it! First of all, the hosts are just amazing. So kind, helpful and serve the best local breakfast. The rooms feel so new and clean and the whole house has such a relaxed vibe. The area is also amazing, since it’s in the middle of the rice fields, but also very central. We would recommend this stay and we are hoping to come back!
