The place is located right at the entrance of Slovensky Raj national park, its very convenient. Also the views are amazing, you see the High Tatras from the building. The staff is very helpful and flexible (we requested the wellnes area for 18:00-20:00, but we were late; the hosts made no problem of it and let us use the facility). The breakfast is good, maybe the variety could be improved.

The place is on a small road at the border of the tiny village facing the national park. The room was clean, spacious and it execced my expectations by far. A lot of information share in the common spaces: timeline of buses and supermarket, info on restaurant and attractions. At the ground floor a beer pub serving beers and sausages and pre-made pizza which is super comfortable. Infos where needed in a small place like Spišské Tomášovce where restaurant stop starving food at 8pm and supermarket have very strict openings time (mostly only mornings or vet early noon) and all where provided. I really enjoyed my time here, even if I was hiking all days.

We spent 2 nights in the Penzión in July 2024 and it was very hot outside. We got rooms facing the north, so the room was very pleasant during the night. During the day we could use the fan. The Penzión is located in a beautiful area at the parking lot and bus stop to the Slovak Paradise Cingov entrance. It can easily reached by local bus too. The Penzión has a very nice big restaurant with great selection of local specialities and very reasonablt prices. The breakfast is also very nice and fresh - we chose different dishes from the set menu. Freindly staff, great experience.
