Couldn't fault the service or the quality of my stay. The manager Kim and his staff were friendly and Kim went out of his way to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. He offered me an upgrade to a larger more comfortable room after I'd missed my connecting flight and he could see I was somewhat distressed. Kim's English is excellent. The room was amazing. The bed extremely comfortable and the bed linens and goose down pillows and duvet were of the highest quality. Kim took time to demonstrate how everything worked. He has had the hotel fitted out with some of the latest up to date electrical and technology fittings. The interior decor was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice with a big variety of options. Kim was able to provide me with a shuttle service to the airport ( which is extremely close) the next morning to ensure I had plenty of time to catch my flight. He even printed maps of the terminals so I couldn't get lost. All up, a 💯% quality stay in this brand new hotel. Pricing was very reasonable.
