Its a very old (renewed) building, beautifully decorated, with lots of plants. The owner Is charming and make me feel welcomed. Very good heating, confortable bed and beautiful View! The terrace ls lovely. The location Is perfect!

Excellent hotel that pleasantly surprised us at every turn! We stayed here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are simply perfect - clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail: everything you need is provided - from a hair dryer and minibar to a complete first aid kit. The bathroom features quality cosmetics and all essential amenities, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The shared kitchen was a real discovery! It’s equipped with absolutely everything needed for cooking. You rarely find this in hotels, and it creates a special homely atmosphere. We even felt like staying longer and truly living in this cozy place. Really loved the private enclosed backyard - the perfect spot for evening relaxation in a peaceful setting. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel is new, beautiful, and creates a sense of coziness from the very first moments. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay!

Paulo met me outside when I arrived by bicycle after 8 p.m. He provided the key to room and quick information for my stay as he was also working in his restaurant. He even allowed me to store my bicycle in the small entrance. What a nice welcoming host after a long hard ride. The room was very tasteful and clean with nice double bed and large bathroom. Not the most modern but simply elegant and practical with a wonderful hospitality. Also a very nice location to downtown.

The hotel is located near the station at the beginning of your city tour. The room and the facilities are brand new.Ideally clean. A cosy kitchen with everything you need( the only thing I lacked was a big mug for coffee).A nice very helpful host. I' LL definitely stay here my next time in Aveiro.
