The room is clean, nice bed, and we had a beautiful view on the Morish Castle, the kitchen is well equiped, the WiFi was working, shower with great water pressure, walking distance (10min's) to the center. It was just perfect! You can find parking spots in the street.

This place……magical. Every last detail was well thought out. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I loved my room the best sleep I’ve had in months. I’ll definitely be back in 2025.

How can you summarise the perfect stay?! From the moment we arrived at Ricardo’s beautiful home we felt completely relaxed. Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome, he clearly loves hosting guests and this shows in each of the lovely little touches he added to our stay, it was beyond hotel quality. The house itself is its own special paradise, with a beautiful pool area and well maintained gardens surrounding. The delicious breakfast provided each day even included fruit and vegetables from his organic garden. Our advice would be to cut your time in Lisbon in half and instead stay twice as long at Ricardo’s and see more of Sintra - you won’t regret it. We look forward to coming back here.

What a beautiful house ! Francisco is a super host. Really enjoyed our stay there and yes the breakfast was second to none!

Staff was very nice. It way eat more child friendly than expected. Breakfast was exceptionally good, they was even snack - drink available all day, some event with piano and wine lot of little things not expected. I o and they was some cats and Peacock which enhance the stay a bit as well.

A cozy Guesthouse in the center of Sintra. Right next to the train station. The "hotel" consists of two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. If you travel in a group of four it is perfect. In addition there is a spacious livingroom. Efficient air-conditioning. Bedrooms are clean and there is daily cleaning. Right accross the street from the train station - trains to Lisbon at least every half-hour. Walking distance to Sintra's tourist attractions. Abundant and tasty breakfast in a very nice space (a cafe - a part of the guesthouse) downstairs. Extremely nice and helpful staff!
