Great location! Within walking distance to many tourist sites. I had a room with a view of the historic square. The room was gorgeous and good-sized for a European hotel. Wonderful and very helpful staff (thank you all and in particular for offering to carry my luggage downstairs even without being asked!) A very delicious breakfast with lots of options (tons of fresh fruits and yummy pastries!) served in a large room with a view of the square and with live piano music! The taxi transportation from and to the airport was worth the money (roughly $38) Bruno, a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, explained the history of Lisbon and was helpful! His brother, who took me back to the airport was as kind and as helpful, carrying my bags to the departure terminal and showing me where I had to go! I will go back again and again to this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming . The breakfasts delicious! Singing and piano music was a great way to start your day in high spirits. Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. No complaints! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of food. The staff were really great and friendly and helped look after our luggage. Enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer!

The location was perfect. Right across the venue where our concert was! Busses and metro at the street in front of the door going to the city. Train to Sintra etc 4 min walk. The kindest personel! Ana and Manuel made us feel at home❤️

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times already, the staff is very friendly and helpful, its also beautiful. The quality of the bed and pillows is excellent too, as well as the breakfast. Its a real "boutique" hotel experience, and not just marketing. Looking forward to staying there a 4th time :)

This place was a great choice for our vacation and visit to Lisbon! Wonderful, peaceful, clean with friendly and helpful staff! You can be sure that they think of every little thing that you might need: from instructions on how to get to accommodation, a city map, recommendations for what to visit, where to eat,...we also used the kitchen, although in the room you have everything you need to prepare tea or coffee, and in standby is drink, juice, water, snacks that you can find in the refrigerator in the room and that are paid symbolically. I recommend this place to everyone!
