When registering our stay we were referred to do it at Hotel Rural Case Viscondes Varzie in Amarmar and we stayed there instead. We enjoyed their incredible hospitality in the Vicount's private lair.

Incredible view of the Doruo River. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the surroundings. Very peaceful. Great breakfast too. And loved the hot tub experience, again with an amazing view.

The lady was really nice and she even gave us room upgrade for free..There was also the best breakfast in our stay in Portugal.

The property is wonderful; we travel to a lot of high end hotels and this was really great service and accommodations. This hotel is very special, food is wonderful, staff is extremely helpful and attention to details made our trip very enjoyable.
