Location. If you want to visit the city center, it's a bit far, and you'll need multiple transfers when commuting. The room was spacious, neat. The stay was comfortable and the owner was quite helpful and considerate. Even though it is 25 min away from the centre (via tram) but the place is calm, which I liked.
