The rooms are cute, nothing fancy, exactly like the pictures show, they’re extremely clean and comfortable. It was so cold when we stayed but we had plenty of blankets and a fantastic hot shower which saved the day. The thoughtfulness of the owner and staff is what makes this place amazing. We had some fruit in our room and when housekeeping noticed this they placed a knife and plate nexto it so that we could enjoy it in our room. The owner Janny is so amazing and helped us track down a missing parcel that we couldn’t figure out without her. The location is super handy right nexto town with easy access to everything.

Great place I feel there like at home. The owners are amazing people and very helpful also the volunteers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I stayed there for more than 2 weeks but I could stay mych longer. Highly recommend!

Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! We felt really welcomed and were very well taken care of. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
