The hotel is comfortable, conveniet and pretty. Staff is soo extremely brilliant, they helped me out so much with my luggage (before and after my stay) and when I tried to extend and they didn’t have availability, but they helped me book to their sister hotel nearby which was equally great!

Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful warm house owned by Wilma and her husband. Loved their warmth, the style of the house.. it was impeccable, very clean, the mattrass super comfy. Breakfast was delicious and we also met their cute nephews. If you are looking for warmth and great hospitality in Cusco and not a cold impersonal hotel this is the place to go to. If you wanna be accommodated in a warm and friendly house, this is the one! Salome and his son helped us every time we needed info. They were so open and attentive to our needs which were to be heartly appreciated. The room was very simple: a bed, a table, a chair and a bedside table, but very, very clean and big enough. The breakfast was excellent every morning prepared by Salome: tea, coffee, milk, fresh juice, bread, omelette, ham, avocado, jam, butter and fruits. The shower had hot water every time we needed. 10 minutes to the center by foot and 15 or 20 minutes when coming up ( some stairs to be climbed ). A common terrace with a view over the city both during the day and the night. We weren't able to go to Machu Picchu because of the strikes at the end of January 2024, but Salome was so kind and arranged us to visit the Sacred Valley with just a few hours before the 1-day trip; many thanks for this as well.
