I booked the stay based on the good reviews and when these two negative reviews popped up, I was really worried what to expect. However, the place turned out to be clean, very clean and well maintained actually and there were no issues at all. It is as the pictures show it and the building itself is a fancy white expensive villa in a whole neighbourhood of fancy white expensive villas. The quantity of natural stone that was used in the hall really has to be seen to be believed. It looks like a fancy bank headquarter or so. Certainly a nice place to spend time in. A usable beach that can be visited in western bathing attire is in walking distance and all in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

I loved the privacy and comfort of this apartment, I felt much more free than in a hotel. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Al Mouj Marina and 10 minutes from the airport, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were super kind and helpful. All was clean and new. I will definitely stay here again for longer time. It is also good for groups, as there are other independent rooms around.
