Lovely comfortable room with everything you need for a few nights stay. Fabulous shower! Comfortable bed. In a good location for local amenities- shops, cafes and restaurants, close to a bus stop and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again and would recommend.

We loved our stay in Dunedin. The house was very nice, clean, we could use a washing machine. It was near the center and museums. Mike was very nice, all the time on the whats app. We had a very good heating.

The owners are very kind and contacted us in advance. The location is superior, can see the shinny blue lake inside the room. Very large beds, convenient facilities with fridge，cups, glasses, spoons, nearly everything I need. Very easy to park, nice house，good value for money.

It was a lovely stay here. We were there for 2 days. The location is great . The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were here for my wife's birthday and the owner gave us a surprise gift It was really amazing to see it.. if we are again in Dunedin we will definitely stay here.. must recommend this accommodation .Value for money too.
