The property is well localized , close to the most pittoresques things: Vrijthof, with basilic saint-Servais, the Boekhandel Dominicanen , Mouseketeer D artagnan statue at the Haldenhof park close to the university of Maastricht , hips of café & restaurants . Super nice room and bathroom. Breakfast room is very cosy and also offers a nice bar and biljart. Breakfast was really nice with all kind of fresh options, and the home made scramble eggs with bacon. In the same street there are some nice restaurants with terras. I very much enjoyed the dinner in restaurant "Bie de Burgemeester". Excellent food and wines.

Spacious room in a beautiful Art Deco building (with some wonderful period details), with everything you need (incl. coffee machines!) and nothing you don't. Quiet neighbourhood, within easy cycle to the centre of Maastricht. A small pantry allows easy meal preparation if you're in the mood. The "no breakfast, free bike" approach is perfect: there's a great bakery and cafe two blocks away, and the bike saves the hassle of renting bikes (which, if you're not a Dutch resident, is a pain in the proverbial). Bookmarked for return.
