This is a hidden gem in the lovely city of Gouda. A ground level apartment which is so cosy and welcoming. I stayed in late November and the property was lovely and warm. I was welcomed and handed the key and shown features of the property which was much appreciated. The bed was quite soft, but very comfy, and there's a little kitchen with fridge and microwave so you can make yourself something good. The bathroom has a heated floor, which was very much appreciated with the cold weather outside! Good shower too. The little seating area at the front of the property has an amazing view of the canal through the high windows. The adjustable blinds add to your privacy, but you can still see outside. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the city and the property. I very much enjoyed my stay, and would happily come again.

Lovely place with lovely touches and comfortable. Compact but well thought out and has what you need. Parking is off-road. Nice spacious bathroom. Modern finishes. Looks just like the photos.

Neat and bright room, the ability to be able to cook something was definitely an added value. The location is convenient, very close to the trams/buses that take you downtown and with a very quiet neighborhood. The homeowners are lovely people! On the first day they gave us an overview of the most characteristic places to see and especially suggestions on places to eat. During our stay they were always super nice and helpful.

De Sfeerstal is located in Nieuwveen and offers rooms with views of the surrounding flower garden or the golf course. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Staying in De Sfeerstal has been the most pleasent surprise for me on my third trip the Netherlands to visit the flower exhibition. Awosme and quite place, awsome personel and treatment, very good and rich breakfast, big rooms well equiped, very nice yeard outside full of flowers! and a place to walk around and half an hour away from everywhere!!! Being living in Greece we dont lack nice places here but this place made me feel like home!

Good communication with Arjan. Very nice, helpful person. Spacious and comfortable suite, the kitchen is full of useful things. I had lived in the Netherlands before, so the daily routine here came back quickly. Especially in such a comfortable apartment.

Excellent and exactly as described, perfect for cycling couple to base for several days to explore the area. Was fabulous to ride to Kinderdijk . The apartment was very well appointed, cosy , with a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. I appreciated the dressing gown and coffee machine with coffee. Shops and restaurants a pleasant 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Helene’s property.
