Everything was great during our stay. The family who runs the place is very kind and welcoming — they even looked after my dog so we could visit the cenote for an hour, and they sent me videos to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with its own bathroom and AC. There was plenty of space for us and our things. We arrived by car, I’m not sure how practical the location is without a car, as it’s a little outside the centre, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price, a warm atmosphere, and everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage on Sunday for a few hours. We would definitely return!

This place is great if you want to see Valldolid and leave your rental car parked in the car park. They close the gate at night so no security issues at all. Staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed..

EVERYTHING. People are kind and welcoming. They provide a lot of information for the trip around. The place is also offering water and fruits, which is well appreciated when you come back after a day of visit. Super well located, close to the bus/collectivo station and city center.

Had a great stay! Very social and inclusive for all backpackers of any age. Clean bathrooms and rooms, super clean kitchen with everything you need and more to cook. The pool was amazing to escape the city heat and have a chat. On top of this the owner and crew offered us awesome recommendations of less touristic but better Cenotes and helped up organise a scooter to go on our own. Would have extended our stay if we hadn't booked onward travel already.

Absolutely fantastic staff!! We had a very thorough explanation on food and activities in the area upon check in. We had booked a room without AC and with a shared bathroom but given the heat we were upgraded at no cost when an AC room with private bathroom became available. We were also offered a free load of laundry as we were staying four nights. The accommodation is a short walk to the town square and a one minute walk to Cenote Zaci. The streets surrounding were well lit and we felt very comfortable walking around early in the morning and at night. The facilities are basic but clean and had everything required to prepare basic meals.
