Honestly great stay! Staff was nice, they don't have 24h reception but you can WhatsApp them if you need anything and they will help you straight away. Spacious bathroom and nice beds. Only thing is its a little bit further to walk, but thats okay.

Great social atmosphere, with helpful owners. Mason took me and a group out on an amazing trip and showed us the best food around. He can take you on a long or short adventure, it will be amazing either way! The pool is great to cool off, or sit in the sun for a while.

We loved Casa Pakal so much we decided to stay less in Merida and come back to Valladolid a few more days. Was the most comfortable place for us during our stay in Yucatan Peninsula. We loved the size of the room, the amenties, the pool, the coffee and breakfast in the morning, the location, the staff, the design, everything.

The property was in a convenient location, close to the central square of the city and minutes away from OXXO and Six. There's also a large supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a good laundrette around the corner. The room itself is clean, spacious with A/C, large comfortable bed, strong wifi and ensuite. There is also a shared kitchen which is well-equipped to make simple meals and a living/dining area. The owner doesn't live onsite but he made the check-in process easy and straight-forward, was very responsive and helpful. Overall we thought it was great value for the area and had a great stay!

The hostel is great and the location is amazing right in the middle of town but not noisy. Also, Manolo is a perfect host! He always responded super quickly and had soo many recommendations for all kinds of stuff

Very friendly staff, very clean property, the king size bed was huge and super comfortable! The pool area was lovely and the accommodation was well-located in the city center. Parking area available, but if you have to leave before 8am or after8pm you have to park on the street, because they close the gate at night.
