I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful atmosphere and environment that this establishment exudes. First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. They were not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether I had questions about the local area or needed assistance with anything in the hotel, they were always there with a smile. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was not only beautiful but also stylish and impeccably clean. It was complete with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bedding to the well-appointed bathroom, every detail was carefully considered. The pool area was always spotlessly clean and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation. In terms of location, I found it to be quite convenient. Moreover, the host proved to be a valuable resource, offering a wealth of recommendations for local food, activities, and rentals. Tunich is located on the Jungle Side of the Beach Road in the Hotel Zone in Tulum. The Cabanas are directly across the street from a free public entrance to the beach.

This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

Room and the beds were big enought to feel comfortable. Easy access to the upper bed. Curtains gave more privacy. AC was great. Only 6 beds in a female dorm with separated bathroom and shower. Rooms and the common areas always very clean. Quiet during the day and at night. Wifi works good. Mattresses great. Diffrent types of sockets or usb next to your bed. I had a very good sleep there and pleasant stay. Free refill of the drinking water. Cold or hot. 2 kitchens- always clean and well stocked. Free coffee. LOCKERS in a common area. Very centrally located. Very closed to ADO bus station and main square. They also rent the bikes. Reception available til 8am-10pm, so you can use the bike much longer, than in the bicycle rental stores, which are open only til 7 or 8pm. Price was great! If I could, I will stay a whole week there, or longer. April and Cristopher from the reception were really nice and helpful.

I really liked the nice atmosphere created by the kind, smiling employees. Perfect cleanliness, very good location and comfortable bed. A special bonus when you are in the city center is to feel like you are in a jungle oasis while swinging in a comfortable hammock and listening to birdsong. Drinking water is also a cool bonus, especially those who have dragged heavy water bottles from the store. Thanks to the management for a good breakfast! 👍 I would like return again
