Exceptionally clean. Friendly Hostel environment with shared kitchen and dining room. Owners were very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Private, walled garden and dipping pool were beautifully appointed and lovely to use. Zoo, park and hospitals close by. Lots of interesting events happened in the park during our stay - music, ethnic market (temporary visit), Dinosaur exhibit (also temporary)! Some local stores - food, stationary, computer and print services pharmacy all within easy walking distance. Easy access to public transport for more distant destinations like more central shopping and markets if you know what you are looking for (ask the owners).. I'd definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Che Hostel! I traveled solo and it was easy meeting new people. If you don’t feel like company, there is enough space also in the shade to relax, wifi was always very good. The pool area is really nice, one day i just stayed in the hammocks:) the Walking Tour with Alexis was amazing, he showed us local markets and local delicious food places. Also the cenotes tour was super, 3 cenotes and lunch together:) The staff is really helpful and nice, thank you Alexis for the wonderful activities, Erick, Wren, Jess Margaux thank you for the delicious breakfast and good Drinks:) Thank you Esther, Maggie, Angie, Erik, Diego, Carlos, Eduard, Alejandro for keeping the hostel clean and well maintained! And finally thanks Katy, Luis, Emma, Mauricio for the good infos and warm welcome at the reception. Hopefully see you soon:)

Great location 10-15 minutes away from the city centre/Parque Santa Ana. Very quiet with a lovely patio and pool. Hot water, A/C working well, comfy beds, spacious rooms cleaned daily. Delicious homemade breakfast. Local transport and abarrotes round the corner. Laundry service upon request. Friendliest hosts who give you the best tips and recommendations. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Mérida in the future.

Place was really clean, have everything you need. At night is was quiet. AC which was on for all night. Lockers were big enough to put a backpack in. Bed were really comfortable with lights in case you would like to read and not disturb others. Breakfast was simple but really good. People working there were super nice and helpful. Could get many recommendations about places to visit and current events in Merida. Location was really good. 15mins walk from ADO bus station. 15-20 mins walk to the main square. And 10 mins walk to Parque de San Juan where you can get some good street food.
