The room and view were beautiful. Location was convenient for walking anywhere I needed to go. Staff were pleasant and overly helpful. They helped me get my phone working which was more difficult than it should have been, It was nice to have help from someone that understood what to expect and knew how much the charges should have been.

The staff were amazing - really kind, helpful and accommodating. I arrived very early and they allowed me to check in far earlier than check in time. On the day I left they even let me use another room to sleep after my boat trip as my flight wasn't until 9pm. They're available on whatsapp so if you need anything you can easily just message. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, the double bed is large and comfortable and towels are provided. The shower is warm and had decent water pressure. The air con and WiFi works well. I would 100% stay here again, for the price the service is outstanding. They can also help you organise a taxi to the airport so you won't get ripped off. I already had activities booked for my stay but there was a list in reception if you needed assistance with booking. Thank you so much Aza for going above and beyond during my stay :)
