I had a great stay at this guesthouse. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and had a positive atmosphere and energy. The breakfast was actually our highlight when it comes to food on the island. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The welcome when we arrived was outstanding. Relaxing with a drink while checking in and lots of excellent useful info. Very professional. Although close together the rooms feel very private due to all the beautiful green plants. Lovely terrace to relax on. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom and outside shower is outstanding with toiletries provided. They have thought of everything you may need right down to mossie slray. We booked half board and I highly recommend this option. Variety of choices for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is new, very clean and modern. The service is great, the staff is smiling and friendly! All the staff were very friendly and nice. It was very nice to live here. I have never seen such good service in any hotel. Nilanka, the hotel manager, is a very hospitable person, took us a lot of good photos and videos, helped us in all matters, and anticipated our expectations, was very kind and responsive. I recommend choosing Unwind!

Small cozy hotel in the heart of the island 🏝️ Hafeez and Lahiru made our stay super comfortable and were always there to help! We went for both manta and whale shark trips when it was convenient for us and were lucky to encounter these creatures. The hotel is clean and our room was made up everything we were back from the trip! Overall stay and the atmosphere were really welcoming and comfortable, same as the island itself Can’t wait to come back 💛

We had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable weeks at RAAKANI this wonderful hotel, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. From the very beginning, we felt welcome and completely taken care of. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always helpful – you can really feel the genuine warmth and dedication in everything they do. Our room was absolutely perfect: spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and it came with its own private garden, which was simply stunning – the ideal place to relax and unwind. We felt right at home! One of the most touching moments was the thoughtful surprise arranged for our anniversary – such a sweet gesture that made us feel truly special and showed how much attention is paid to the little things. And the Tours we booked through the hotel were breathtaking – each one well-organized, full of unforgettable sights, and a true highlight of our stay. All in all, we were completely spoiled, felt incredibly comfortable, and enjoyed every single moment. It was a magical experience we will never forget. Thanks to Maumoon and our stay at Muraka, we had the best holiday of our lives. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more perfect place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need, and Muraka itself – tucked away at the local end of Dhigurah island – felt like a true slice of paradise. Maumoon is honestly one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond in every single way to make our stay special, always thinking ahead and doing everything he could to make things easy and unforgettable for us. From recommending the best restaurants and things to do, to making sure we had bikes to explore the island – we felt so looked after from start to finish. I still think about our time at Muraka and feel genuinely emotional – it was that special. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would choose a resort when they could have this instead! While we were there, we swam with turtles, spotted whale sharks and stingrays, and enjoyed the most breathtaking beach we’ve ever seen. It was pure magic! We've recommended it to everyone we know, and we’ve been dreaming about going back ever since we left – so thank you, Maumoon and Noor, for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever! We never thought we'd be able to go to the Maldives, but this was an incredibly affordable and exceptional experience so I can guarantee if you come here you'll forget you ever had anything to worry about!
