The shared kitchen was stylish and it was a nice place to meet other accommodated people. The owner was very friendly and nice. The lady who cleaned the house every day was very friendly too.

It was the best guest house, we have ever visited. Very nice place for animal lovers. It was everything what we needed- great house with unique atmosphere and furniture, stunning garden and swimming pool, nice host, everywhere was clean. Big house with climate, where you can fell like at home, keeping your privacy. We recommend renting a car, it is not so close to the beach, but it is place where you can definitely relax. It's close to the idyllic surfing beach. We'll hope we come back here in a future:)

We stayed here for 5 days, so it was perfect start to know the island, it is close for walking in NP Black Rivers Gordes, Le Morne and relax in Flic-en-Flac Beach, long beach with white sand a plenty of possibility for refereshment, by the evening close the restaurant, or you can cook in own kitchen. The owner were very helpfull and kind, all you can need is in the accomodation, you can used washmachine too.

Set in Flic-en-Flac, 5 km from Cascavelle Shopping Mall, Résidence Padma offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden.

LOCATION: Plenty of shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with the beach also being very close, the area looks a bit run down but it is very safe so don't hesitate to walk around even at night. I hired a scooter on my trip which is very easy to do either independently or through the residence, which made everything just a short hop away. Free parking is also available. ROOM: The bedding and room amenities were all sufficient and reasonable. I was very impressed with the shower and bathroom facilities, having done a lot of travel throughout Asia it felt like luxury here. RESIDENCE: It was very quiet during my stay, I saw very few other guests but even if it was busier I still think the energy and the vibes would be fantastic. I enjoyed how each floor had a small lounge area, which was excellent when I had to check out and wait around two hours before leaving for the airport. Each floor has a balcony overlooking the area as well which I enjoyed, especially for photos or just wanting some fresh air.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the white sandy beach of Flic en Flac. There are plenty of options to dine nearby and there is also a store (Jumbo Express), a clinic, etc. Vanessa is an exceptional host: kind, attentive, knowledgeable… She works hard to make this place a paradise! Breakfast is included. It’s great to be able to cool down in the pool.

I found this place right where you can truly feel the Mauritian culture. After being away for 17 years, I decided to treat myself to a weekend back home, and this spot in La Gaulette was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon and Le Morne is simply breathtaking I spent hours just admiring the scenery. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. It’s peaceful, authentic, and perfectly located if you want to explore the south or simply relax. I’ll definitely be coming back this stay reminded me why I missed Mauritius so much.

The guest house has amazing views of the sea, the decor is beautiful...like a spa retreat without the spa ..very calming and relaxing vibe. The owners were so friendly and gave us so much information about the area , even some history of Mauritius. The ladies name was Sabina and she is extremely nice and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. There is no TV in the room, but we liked that as we spent more time outside in the amazing surroundings.

Very nice modern designed appartments, with the swimming pool just in front of the rooms. On the rooftop terasse also jacuzzi available. From the terrasse nice view on the ocean. The owner Mathieu is ready to help or recommend, if necessary.
