We stayed here for 5 days, so it was perfect start to know the island, it is close for walking in NP Black Rivers Gordes, Le Morne and relax in Flic-en-Flac Beach, long beach with white sand a plenty of possibility for refereshment, by the evening close the restaurant, or you can cook in own kitchen. The owner were very helpfull and kind, all you can need is in the accomodation, you can used washmachine too.

Set in Flic-en-Flac, 5 km from Cascavelle Shopping Mall, Résidence Padma offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden.

LOCATION: Plenty of shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with the beach also being very close, the area looks a bit run down but it is very safe so don't hesitate to walk around even at night. I hired a scooter on my trip which is very easy to do either independently or through the residence, which made everything just a short hop away. Free parking is also available. ROOM: The bedding and room amenities were all sufficient and reasonable. I was very impressed with the shower and bathroom facilities, having done a lot of travel throughout Asia it felt like luxury here. RESIDENCE: It was very quiet during my stay, I saw very few other guests but even if it was busier I still think the energy and the vibes would be fantastic. I enjoyed how each floor had a small lounge area, which was excellent when I had to check out and wait around two hours before leaving for the airport. Each floor has a balcony overlooking the area as well which I enjoyed, especially for photos or just wanting some fresh air.

Bright, spacious apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. From a terracet tere is a view of the bay and Le Morne, beautiful sunsets. The lady gave us a canoe and we paddled to the island of Ile aux Benitieres. We were alone on the island, otherwise it is full of tourist boats. Larger store approx. 1 km away, near the restaurant. Strongly recomended.

I have been travelling a lot a round the world and find places like Happy Days is rare and precious. The sea view is astonishing. Super clean and wifi everywhere. But What makes the stay so perfect were the host and the embiance they create. It is so convenient to have delicious breakfast ready when you wake up. In the evening they often organise BBQ for the guest . Cooking amazing fish. We actually ate at happy house, 3 nights during our stay as it was more fun, cheaper and much better food quality than restaurants . When you return from a long day touring the island and an amazing diner awaits for you is the best.The host were very accommodating and prevents you from falling into tourist traps. I will for sure return with my family. Highly recommended
