Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. The position of Guesthouse Žmukic is the best in Perast, right on the water and only a short walk to restaurants, their recommendations were perfect and made reservations for us. The bed was very very comfortable, great shower plenty of hot water and strong pressure.

What a wonderful stay! The owners are very helpful from tje minute we booked. Parking is just upstairs and a few steps with luggage. The view from the room was spectacular and we could sit under the trees having lunch. Well equiped communial kitchen with a view. The beds are very comfortable and we woke up with an amzing view over the bay. All in all a wonderful stay!

Ideal location right beside the old town. The most helpful staff Elena who provided us with great restaurant recommendations, was able to do our laundry for us and to the other gentleman who helped carry our suitcases downstairs this morning. Would highly recommend, loved our stay here.

But the heart and soul of this villa is Sonjia. She is the owner of the villa and is always there, no matter if it is information, warm words or some nice homemade baked goods. If in Kotor, I would stay here again for sure.

The apartment was very clean and it had a great view. Mirjana is a great host. She welcomed us very warmly and always checked up on us if we need something. She gave us very useful tips about where to eat. It is one hour walking distance to Kotor old city but there are busses running in front of the apartment as well
