The place is always spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special thank you to Moncef at the front office—he was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and also very funny, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his warm hospitality. The host and his family are super helpful and welcoming! It is a family home, so if you are looking for a hotel you should reconsider. We loved it! The riad is located at the entry of the Medina - everything can be reached by foot quite easily.
