We had a lovely stay at Riad Chay! This property was one of the best we had during our 2 week trip to Morocco. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The view was stunning. The outdoor space gardens, patio and rooftop deck was a complete surprise. The hotel staff were kind, helpful and attentive. I left my phone charger at our last riad and the manager loaned me his personal charger for the night. My only regret is that we only had one night here. Seriously consider a stay here. You will not regret it!

Ahmed, the hotel owner is extremely friendly and he spent lots of his time telling us about the region, history and helpful tips for our travel. All the hotel staff were nice to deal with. We had a delicious tajine (typical Morrocan stew) for dinner. Breakfasts were fine, typical for the country: Quality fruit juices, coffee or mint tea. Eggs, fresh bread, jam and honey. Our two rooms were clean with comfortable beds, neatly furnished. The hotel has a nice cosy terrace on the top floor.

Traditional and relaxing Moroccan hotel, full of beautiful details, gardens, terraces and balconies. Warm welcome with Moroccan mint tea and dried fruits. The owner is very kind and without requesting he upgraded us to a larger room. Beautiful view of the valley, it is located a little far from the center of Ouarzarzate, but for us it did not present any inconvenience because we had our own car, and it also has a private parking. Delicious and complete breakfast, all the staff was very friendly and attentive.
