The location of the Riad was good, in Fez Medina close to one of the two main roads, on a quiet alley. The place is amazing with superb decorations. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Our host Meriem helped us also with booking tours which we really enjoyed.

We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, Redwan and Medhi told us that this Riad should feel like a home – and that’s exactly what it became for us. The rooms were spotless, the food was absolutely delicious, and we truly have nothing at all to complain about. What made this place exceptional was the warmth and care we received. My mother fell ill during our stay, and they immediately helped by bringing medicine and checking on her. When we wanted to extend our trip and the Riad was fully booked, they even helped us look for another place to stay. And even after we moved to the new Riad, we still came back in the evenings because it simply felt like family. Redwan and Medhi took care of us in a way we will never forget. We already miss them and will definitely return. This Riad is a rare gem – highly, highly recommended.

The riad is newly built and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and guided to our room. We also received help with our luggage. The owner and his family were extremely friendly and very helpful. We felt at home right away. Highly recommended!

Our stay at dar Golden ziat was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The Room was magical, spacious, and impeccably clean. the location was excellent as it was very close to the Blue Gate within the Medina. The terrace space is very nice to relax in and enjoy the sun setting also. Breakfast was lovely, generous and appreciated The staff were very helpful, friendly and Zacharie the manager went out of his way to assist us, advise and guide us in every way he could. Take his guidance on the Hammam choice to experience the treat of a Moroccan Bath house experience by the way, anything less is exactly that ( as I learned :/ ) We loved our time and experience in and around Fes

Staff was courteous. They offered us upgrade to largest suite they have, but we preferred to stay at the top floor as sunlight is better during our winter visit. Breakfast was good, and they served breakfast at 12:00 because we woke up late. They arranged our local tours and they helped us to ship the ipod we left in the room hurry.
