Guest Houses in Casablanca

This was the nicest accommodation on my trip. The room was lovely and the two breakfasts were just beautiful. I was looked after superbly by Auntie and it was just lovely. The Dar is very close to the shopping mall and as I was only there for two days I grabbed dinner in the food court. The Tram is also just across the road. I used it on the second day to venture to the beach but missed the connection station and ended up in the city. Regardless, people were very helpful and it does take cards if you don't have cash.

Excellent service. Mr Azdine is very kind and provided his best service throughout the stay. Reasonable price and nearby tram station. 15 minutes walking from casa voyageur station. Calm and not noisy area. They also provide very good breakfast.

All we wanted was somewhere near Casa Voyageurs to rest for the night so that we could easily hop on the train the next morning to the airport for our flight home. But we gained much more than that. Our genial host, Azdine not only gave us a clearly drawn map to his apartment but he was waiting patiently outside to welcome us in case we got lost. How cool is that? The charming apartment is in a very accessible location. You can take a tram right outside the train station which will drop you near his place at the first stop. Or walk there like what we did. There is also a bus stop nearby where we alighted after our ride from the Hassan II mosque. We also enjoyed walking to the Central Market and the Medina while taking in the sights and sounds of Casablanca. And we were pleasantly surprised to find that the pastries in the Medina here to be cheaper and more delicious than those in Marrakesh and Fes. And should you find yourself at a loss as to what presents to bring back for the good folks at home, fear not. There are 2 popular confectionery shops nearby where you can load up on ready-wrapped scrumptious presents. The bedroom comes with a front-facing balcony. It is spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. There are 2 spacious sitting rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. What struck us most was that it is a beautifully decorated apartment where only the best quality materials were used. The whole place looks bright and clean. Azdine treated us like honoured guests or his favourite relatives. For example breakfast was not specified in the booking but he still provided us with a hearty one before sending us off. Thank you Azdine for sharing your beautiful home with us. After all the riads, tent and hotels our foray into Morocco is now complete with an intriguing insight into the modern Moroccan lifestyle!

An amazing accommodation in Casablanca. Located in a private residence area which is refreshing when you have been staying in hostels in the medinas. It is close by to the tram and Casa Oasis if you are taking the train to the airport. I love how the bunk beds were sturdy, lights and outlet for charging is available in the bunk beds, there’s a space to keep your bags, the wifi connection is great, bathrooms were clean and there’s a bidet thankfully! The bed was comfortable and they also provide towels and hairdryer is available in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options from crepes, moroccan pancakes, bread, boiled and scrambled eggs, ham, selection of jams, yogurt, granola, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and water. Perfect to stuff yourself for a whole day of walking around the city. This is by far the best accommodation I stayed to in Morocco. Great staff too, very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
