Sahan Guest House was an awesome find! The welcome was warm and genuine — I was even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a great touch after a long trip. The room was super clean, air-conditioned, and really comfortable. WiFi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for planning my day trips and staying connected. The location is perfect — right in the city, close to everything, and just a short ride to the ancient city. Super convenient if you’re exploring the cultural sites nearby. There’s also fast food and other restaurants nearby if you’re craving a quick bite. Honestly, the hospitality here is top-notch. Sahan and the team really care about their guests. I felt safe, relaxed, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!🍹🇻🇳

It was a very clean and beautiful accommodation. The garden has a mango tree and we even saw some monkeys. A few steps away is a local vegetable and fruit market, we enjoyed. Breakfast and dinner was amazing! It was cooked by the hosts. They even helped us to buy something we lost on our journey and what is very hard to get in this area of Sri Lanka. Additionally we got great sight seeing insides. This guest house was.perfect for us.

Lady owner was very friendly, she offer us help with booking trips around and get for us tuk tuk for very early morning leave and her cooking skills were amazing, lot of delicious Sri Lankan food.

Room is very big, with comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Hot water works very well, there is even a toothpaste. WiFi works very well. We had no mosquitoes. To the historical part you can cycle by bicycle , there is a path, you don’t have to cycle on the highway. The juices are very tasty.

a very warm welcome! a great hospitality and kindness. the guesthouse is very well located and quiet. the room is large and well equipped. the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. it is possible to rent a bike to visit the archaeological site which is nearby. I had a wonderful two days. THANKS

Breakfasts served in accordance with customer expectations. The host, Carlos, is an extremely unique person who hosted me so wonderfully that I felt like I was on a movie scene. Even his dirty smock with a hole in it matched the look perfectly. Greetings to Caru!!! :)
