We loved our stay at Rustic Cottages. This accommodation has only been established a short time yet is run so professionally. Communication was outstanding from the outset. They organised our safari tour which was excellent. We saw so much wildlife. The cottages are beautifully appointed and set in a lovely tropical garden. Aircon and hot water were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable and top notch linens. There were thoughtful touches like international adapters. The breakfasts were a treat. We opted for the traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts and they were delicious. We also chose to eat our dinners at Rustic Cottages and were pleased we did. Some of the best food we’ve eaten. There was parking for our tuktuk. This is a great accommodation and I highly recommend it. Sandeep is the consummate host and we are really pleased to have experienced such wonderful hospitality.

Anju is really nice and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast were really good and made with fresh ingredients from the garden! He even went above and beyond to give us a extensive breakfast at 5am. The room was also very nice. Tours can also be done with him! I really recommend to stay here!

The place is amazing, a silent garden with small villas and a common space where delicious dinner is served! They even helped us with a good breakfast to-go because we left for the safari really early in the morning. The room was so nice and we loved the open shower.

The property is located in the heart of greenery. The room was very big with all the required amenities. Mr. Chandrapala and Mr. Vasantha were very generous and friendly. They recommended us lots of places and served us very tasty food. We loved their hospitality. Owner also helped us arrange pickup from Galle and a safari tour which is much recommended.

Fantastic atmosphere, great location. The small safari cottages had a lovely clean finish. All mod cons available. A very nice trip was organized to the game park.

Great location nearby the National Park. Good individual cottage with all necessary inside for spending the night - including air conditioner. Hospital, friendly and welcomed owner and his family. Lovely river in the jungle near the location, beautiful garden. Very tasty food for dinner and breakfast, too much food :) The price is incredible value for money for such kind of room and quantity of provided food.
