This home stay is just everything u need in Sigiriya. perfectly located in the middle of the village. The hosts are very attentive and help a lot if u want to arrange activities or transportation for a fair price (arranged 4:45 am tuktuk for sunrise hike, safary, transport to Dambulla and other cities. They also offered us a dinner for 1800 rupees, which was cheap compared to local restaurants and the best food we had in the area!! Price value ration is definitely good, especially since u ought to pick an accommodation in this range cause entrance fees and activities are quite pricy there. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay! The bungalow was very clean and have air-conditioned, with a small private pool that was great for refreshing and relax . The location is very peaceful in the nature. We felt like we had a truly local experience. Chandi treated us like family, prepared wonderful meals whenever we asked, and helped us with all the logistics of what we wanted to do during our time in Sigiriya. The service. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We were able to order dinner, which was also delicious and plentiful. They helped us book transfers from the airport and to Kandy. Tuk-tuks can be hired with a driver, who is at your disposal. Food, drinks and tuk-tuks are available at very reasonable prices.

Definitely one of my favorite stays i had while travelling through SriLanka. Bathroom was above the standard that we were used to within SriLanka, AC worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable too. But what has made this Acoomodation so perfect was definitely the host family! They were so kind and prepared a very authentic and yummy breakfast for us. We also decided to have dinner (which you pay additionally but best price-performance ratio you could ask for), where they prepared 6 different dishes for us and we regretted that we didn't spent another night to taste that food again.

Our room was spacious and really charming. The bed is very comfortable and has a fancy mosquito net. The terrace is large with nice dining table where you can enjoy eating tasteful dinner or breakfast prepared by the owners. Food is very delicious! First of all, the attentiveness of our hosts was amazing. Always smiling, asking if everything was all right, trying to fulfill any of our desires or requirements. This place is a family-owned property, with happy kids running around. We felt safe and welcomed. Secondly, the food is great. It's home-cooked, but the presentation could compete with any restaurant we've been to in Sri Lanka. Not just the presentation, of course, but the tastes were great and the portions were huge. Location is excellent. If you are in the area to hike to the top of the rocks, which you probably are; the accommodation is located roughly in the middle, between Lion's Rock and Pidurangala. You can walk to both of them easily (20-30 minutes walk). The host will get you there by car if you are planning to leave early in the morning or late after sunset. You can see Lion's Rock from the property and you can get a good photo of it right there. The room is basic, but clean and well thought out. There is a bench to put your stuff, a bed with a mosquito net, and a working fan. The bathroom follows the same path. There are chairs and a table outside of the room. Despite the remote location, the Wi-Fi connection is surprisingly stable and reliable. I was able to make a 1+ hour video call. The speeds are slow but that's to be expected.
