Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.

Really lovely small hotel in mount lavinia. Everything is really clean and its quit. The Busstop for going to colombo city is just 3 minutes walking distance. Also the Beach and many restaurants are close by. Absolutly recomendet, you get much for a small price!

I especially loved the warm, discreet service. and that most of the staff have been in Mr Bawa's service for many years prior to his passing. They have a palpable sense of love and respect for the late Mr Bawa, his legacy and property. Their reverence and devotion is the most heart warming to encounter and speak volumes for the man we came to pay homage to.

This was the first stop in our Sri Lankan trip and We weren’t quite ready to brave the hustle bustle of Colombo, Athma house was perfect for that. A small escape where you could admire the city lights over the lake while nestled behind a jungle shield. However central enough for you get out there if you want to. The owner of the property was our highlight. A fabulous well traveled woman with a warm welcoming energy. Her mission to make us feel at home. The interior was a feast for the eyes. Authentic and eccentric. The property was originally built as her home and it still feels that way, lived in and full of soul. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We stayed for one night and would recommend a minimum of two nights.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. It's very comfortable, clean and friendly. The hospitality was so personal, they made us feel so special the whole time we were there. All our requests where met instantly. I also explained that it was my husband's birthday during our stay when we first arrived and they remembered this and provided us with a special breakfast including a birthday cake, which was really lovely. Thank you, especially to Dilshan, who was absolutely wonderful and Kasun for his support and welcome. In fact, the whole team were fantastic. Well done to all team at 55TG Boutique. 😊

The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay.
