EVERYTHING was great! The place is fantastic - clean, spacious and quiet. Chathu, the owner, and his whole family took care of me as if a part of the family. Thank you so much and I am looking forward to my next time in Sri Lanka! It’s just a minute walk to the beach, yet it is quiet as it’s further from the main road. P.S. The veggie tortillas made by Chathu’s father is my favorite meal!

We liked the place so much we extended our stay there :) The location is great, a short walk to the beach. We had a private kitchen and a communal fridge and washing machine, also a communal terrace which was lovely to sit at as the house is surrounded by jungle. The room was big and clean and the bed was super comfy, we slept really well! We asked for softer cushions and they gave them to us straight away. It’s a new place so everything is clean and new and the owners are so willing to help with what they can, even though their English is very basic, but it’s easier to communicate with them via whatsapp. They gave us an afternoon snack one day as a surprise which was lovely!

The room seems very new and is very well equipped with a fan, table, chairs and a balcony. There is also a kitchen as well as a fridge which was nice. The stay is just a 5min walk from the beach and all the shop, yet you still have it very peacefull and quiet here. The host is super friendly and helpful, I would definitely come back.

Beautiful property set in an absolute oasis of a location. Yes, it’s near the train tracks and you will hear trains bit that’s Midigama and you soon get used to it. Manjala, Danika & their family are absolute gems and made us feel so welcome. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough! It’s a great location only a 2 minute walk to several restaurants and Ram’s surf break. 10 minute walk to Coconuts and Plantations surf breaks and 5 mins to Lazy Left.

I really enjoyed my time at ocean edge villa and extended around 5 times! The family is really nice and cooked me a traditional Sri Lankan rice&curry! I could use their fridge and kitchen. Will come again!

The property is very nice and the facilities are great and seem pretty new. We stayed on the third floor and had a beautiful view and chilling area. Shehara and his family are very nice and helpful, we ended up staying there for more than a month. They also have laundry service and a little kitchen you can use. The location is very good, it's close to a lot of good and cheap restaurants and to Ram’s and Coconut Surf Points.
