would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Lovely place! The owner and his wife were really friendly and welcoming. We had a great time there. The view was absolutely incredible, and the food was 5-star quality — we had chicken fried rice for both lunch and dinner, and it was superb each time. The room was so comfortable, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Above and beyond expectations and previous reviews were great. Beautiful environment, and a balcony better than any other we've found, superbly clean.owner and his wife are wonderful hosts, home cooked food was the best we've tasted in Sri Lanka. We are really greatful for nice stay at this wildlife resort! The staff were exceptional and helpful. The place - the really calm beauty island in the jungles. We loved the warm pool and the view from it. We recommend rice & curry at the restaurant. Huge windows to the river, jungle and pool and nice terrace for tea, and jungle sounds early in the morning. Children saw monkeys, lizards, bats, birds in the yard.

Well located in Kandy, Villa Olde Ceylon is a recently renovated guest house, which provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking.

Beautiful property that felt like our own little oasis. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was served at your requested time and the owner offered to cook us a Sri Lankan breakfast that was really good. The location does require a tuk tuk in and out of Kandy central but you can down load the pick me app to get local rates to keep costs down. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

Great balcony to chill in. Surrounded by trees and the peace and quiet. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Takes about 20 minutes or so to walk to the center of town/lake. Some shops nearby, about 0.5km away.
