Serene environment, top quality service from the lovely owner, the room was immaculate with everything we needed and very picturesque. The host even provided us with tea, water and laundry service. Possibly the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, and do not be put off by the negative reviews regarding the driveway, it is easy via Tuktuk and worth it for the views and privacy. Their tuktuk shuttle is free and available 24/7 - thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️ the best place to eat is Ella Siyapatha Hut Restaurant. This was the most authentic meal we had that was cooked by the gorgeous family. Truly an amazing experience if you’re in Zella

Winwood Ella is an absolute gem! The location is fantastic — close enough to explore everything in town, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Great location! Quiet spot off the main street but still walking distance into all the restaurants and shops! The host was so kind and welcoming!! We had a Sri Lankan breakfast which was delicious and she made us breakfast to go for our second morning as we had an early train!! Bed was so comfy and the room was huge with everything you need!!

The owner is super nice, even he preper breakfast at 5:30am for take away in our way to nuwara eliya. The room is big with a big windows and amazing views to the forest ans waterfall. Amazing place and amazing people.

The location had a very nice view and the host Aku was extremely welcoming, giving us alot of tips where to eat and what to visit. He arranged for us the transportation to the train station when we left. He also prepared us delicious continental breakfast, complimentary to the room payment.

We loved this beautiful family run business.they made us feel so welcome and special. The hotel is really beautiful with n awesome view from the balcony or from the bed.big bathroom with very cleaning rooms. They have a tuk tuk and taxi.they pick us up from the Ella station and anyway with the tuk tuk. The foods was delicious and there was always lot of fresh fruits.breakfast was very large and different every day.they have a restaurant.if we want lunch and dinner,they arrange it 20 minutes.also they have different foods. Very friendly and loveliest staff and they always help us.and they help us organized our day plan. At great value, we would highly recommend stay here....!!!! Thanks for being wonderful, attentive hosts.we loved staying in your beautiful hotel.💚
