We are still dreaming of going back to Parasol Doré. It was the best accommodation on our trip, the mood and vibe of this place is just magical. The hosts and staff felt like friends and family and we were even so lucky to see turtles at night on the beach as they lay down their eggs. The staff even helped us to have a little fire in the night at the beach. And well, look at the pictures the design of the hotel is wonderful. Nearby you can swim with turtles (Parasol Doré offers snorkelling masks for free) and the area was really one of our favorite in the south, because you can have it both: the real Sri Lankan life and the western touch in the Hiri Bay. If you are not into surfing (like us), Parasol Doré has boards for body surfing, which is so much fun! The breakfast is so delicious (and a lot) and the massages are well done. I can't recommend it enough.

Kameni & Nimal are definitely one of the most friendly, courteous & caring people we ever met. They give their whole heart to their guests, the breakfast is exceptionally delicious, the portions are so big that we were full until the evening. And it varies almost every day. This family are very helpful & caring people, they gave us the perfect tips for excursions & always had a sincere smile on their lips. We were even treated to our favorite freshly cooked meal as a farewell. These people welcomed us as if we were part of their family & we would come back anytime! Thank you for everything Kameni & Nimal, you are wonderful people. We will never forget you & highly recommend anyone to reside with you.

Ranjit and his team were amazing, nothing was too much problem, showers hot, 3 minutes walk from the surf beach and access anything else via the beach, nice quiet garden positioned, brand new apartment such every suggestion was taken onboard immediately,well done guys!!

An absolute gem ❤️! The place is stunning — peaceful, beautiful, and truly welcoming. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, and even offered to accompany us to catch the Webus — such a nice gesture! The food is absolutely amazing 😋, all homemade by his grandparents, full of love and authentic flavors. You can really taste the tradition in every dish. Wonderful stay at Noble Nest, perfectly situated only a short walk from everywhere whilst tucked away slightly at the end of a lovely little road with a few local houses. Room was perfect, nice bathroom, comfy bed, nice & clean, A/C worked great! Just all round no complaints whatsoever 🙏🏼
