It is a hotel with a very good quality-price ratio. It is located in a very quiet place. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. They overlook a very pretty garden. The breakfast is very good and abundant. We had rice with curry and chicken for dinner there, which was a delight. The staff was very attentive. They picked us up at the station and helped us arrange the motorcycle rental. Very friendly. It's a great place.

One of the best properties in dambulla. The room is spacious and super clean. Right from the bath towels to soap, shampoo shower gel everything was provided. We have stayed in a few BB's that's not the case everywhere. Our package included breakfast we came back to the room after sigiriya climb very late but still the host sanjiv and madhu were very kind enough to provide breakfast and allow us late checkout, It was very kind of them. We really enjoyed their company and the endless conversation during dinner. A super good place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The room was spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dinner served was absolutely delicious, with flavors that really stood out. What made the experience even better was the host—truly one of the kindest and most helpful people I've encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Amazing place in Dambulla. The House is really nice and clean. The owner is a passionale gardener, there's a beautiful garden all around the house with a lot of tropical plants, lotus flowers and bonsai also; the family dog, Dora, is also so sweet! The breakfasts here are amazing, local and tasty, homemade of course! Here we had the best meals of our entire holiday. The owner and his family are really kind and helpfull, they really take a lot of care of their costumers.
