Everything! This was on my bucket list for a very long time. Spending a night in the very house that the legend Geoffrey Bawa lived & worked was in itself a moving experience. Beautifully maintained by the trust. Every corner, every piece of furniture & art has a story to tell. Staff is wonderful & breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to return to Colombo & stay here again.

The staff were extremely kind, and accommodating! My daughter had a lot of fun playing with the family, and the dog there. The rooms and garden are really beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay here and will return if I have the opportunity. Benjamin is an extraordinary host and manager who offered travel advice, cooked the most amazing breakfasts, and made you feel right at home. The room was really cute and comfortable with a rain shower in the bathroom and good water pressure. I also liked the area where you could make a coffee. 10/10 and great value.

quiet, comfortable and luxurious. checkin was very easy, and they accommodated my request for early checkin free. many upscale and also economical restaurants in neighbourhod, lovely high-end very safe neighbourhood and great service from the smiling staff! lucky to stay here!
