It was amazing. We were staying at the villa for about 16 days, the room was very clean and comfortable, there was everything for convenience and the view from the room to the ocean was breathtaking. clean pool, kitchen, terraces, everything is done with love and very beautiful. we never regretted choosing this villa and are grateful to the owners that they were always on hand. will recommend to all friends.

Manuka the caretaker of the property is an angel, the best host we have had in all my 2 visits to Sri Lanka. He provided us with everything, the property is very calm and right in front of a beach, has got swimming pool and the breakfast was okay as well, overall a veryyyyy pleasant experience thanks to the host!!!

Excellent view! The sunsets were out of this world. Fairly new room, the beach was just amazing (if you go further, you will find mostly locals there which is nice and rare down the coast). The restaurant may be slow but the guys working there are great, I recommend trying crab-lobster soup.

If you are looking for a busy hotel Nil Menik Villa is not for you, very quiet only 4 bedrooms. We felt it was our own private villa most of the time as we had 2 rooms. Lovely pool, whole villa well maintained and clean. The food was good and everything cooked to order, so we gave our dinner preferences at least an hour before, which wasn’t a problem If like us you have done a whirlwind tour of Sri Lanka IMO this is the perfect place to chill before the long flight home.
