We had a very comfortable stay at The Mini-Hotel on Mukanov Street. The location is perfect, with restaurants, markets, and public transport all nearby. The room had all the necessary facilities, including a microwave, which added extra convenience. A special thanks to Tim, who was extremely helpful and responsive. He was always quick to reply and assisted us every time we needed help. Most importantly, he went out of his way to help us receive a balance payment from a tour company by allowing the amount to be transferred to his account and then forwarding it to us — a gesture we truly appreciated. We truly loved ALMATY!!! The only suggestion would be to consider offering breakfast, which would make the experience even better. Highly recommended for both comfort and outstanding hospitality!

The guest house is homey and cozy. The owner, Vladimir, is very accommodating, friendly and hospitable. The room is spacious and with complete amenities. We had a good rest and the breakfast is prepared by the owner himself. The location is along an alleyway but it is easy to walk around or book a yandex taxi. We highly recommend this guesthouse. 😊👌🏻

Charming Place with Minor Flaws Sweet Garden is a lovely guesthouse with a lot of character. The warm atmosphere and nice decor make it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfasts were another strong point: homemade, hearty, and very satisfying thanks to Aliya. The location is also a big plus: quiet, yet within easy reach of the city center. That said, our room was a bit smaller than expected,. There was also some noise from neighboring rooms at night. But these were minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly place with heart this place is a great choice.

We really loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kazakhstan. The facilities were modern and understanding of what you needed and wanted. Rooms were comfortable, there was a lovely little terrace to sit on. The breakfast was lovely and the room/space for meals was really nice. This was a nice place to chill and relax and we both had fun playing darts. The people who run the place truly are such wonderful people and gave this great place that extra special touch. This place was already excellent but they make it even better.

We had such a lovely stay here! The house is super comfy, clean, and beautifully furnished — the interior feels so luxurious, yet cozy at the same time. The garden is just gorgeous, full of beautiful trees and plants that make you feel so relaxed. It’s also in a great spot, close to cute cafes and lots of interesting places around Almaty. The best part? The owner is so kind, helpful, and friendly — they really made us feel at home. We felt so welcome and cared for during our stay. Very recommended this place and we’ll definitely be back if we visit Almaty again!

The lady hostess was fantastic. Breakfast was very homely and filling. She even made little decorations on the plate. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy. Love the furniture and interior.

#Booking Akbulak If I have chance come back to Almaty again, I will come back to Akbulak hotel, many reasons bring me back, but the view to the mountain is the first reason I work online and travel when I have gap from my work, but stay here, I can move my desk in front of the window and the view of snow mountain outside the window, which makes me feel like working in the nature, anytime you feel tired from your work, you look out the window, you will be refilled with energy again by the view. And the location is good for me, I am not in a hurry, and I can stay away from downtown and live like a local in this community, with people chill out after sunset, with neighbor walking around, with yard to have a cup of coffee, that is life, to feel , and to immerse yourself in it.
