It was a beautiful hanok stay run by a sweet Ahjumma (elderly lady) . She attempted to guide us on how to get to the attractions with a cute printed map. It was clean, warm, comfortable and smelled nice! We slept well! Breakfast was nice too. Although checkout is promptly at 11am, we were slightly late returning from our tour and the cleaning crew had already started moving our luggages out. So if you think you might be back later than checkout time, I suggest you pack early (or keep the luggages in the common room beforehand). Location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions. Highly recommended.

We spent a couple nights to our full satisfaction and very much as expected. Gyeongju, we thought, calls for staying in a traditional place like this. The premises and building of Soseoljae Guest are very beautiful and serene. Like another era really. The rooms are spacious enough, the bathroom tiny, but functional. Personally I think sleeping on the floor like that is comfortable. The location is unbeatable for walking everywhere plus taxis are available just around the corner. To be honest, I was a bit worried about the breakfast, not for myself, but some of my pickier family members. They liked it. The owner is sweet. Don't hesitate to book.

Super spacious, cosy, clean, cute, modern hanok-style accommodation. We loved absolutely everything about it! The kitchen appliances were amazing. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Central, convenient location with all the Gyeongju sights/cafes/shopping street in walking distance. Ella was so lovely and helpful as a host and helped us book taxi to station.

The house is in the heart of the UNESCO’s Heritage Must-See Area , and it’s incredibly beautiful in its Hanok architecture style, with a pleasant garden and terrace. We booked a room on the first floor and we had a nice spot with chairs on the terrace where we had an amazing welcoming soy cold Thea offered from the amazing Lady welcoming us ! The room has all you may need, the ambient is warm and cozy and the bed very comfortable , a plus was the shower and finally a very big shower towels! The breakfast, prepared by the Lady, was hand down the best breakfast we had in Korea, every single plate was delicious! The real gem of the place was the Lady that welcoming us and the director too, they were wonderfully and authentically caring about all our needs and they were super generous to even drive us to the station! They also offered a luggage free storage for all the day we checked-out! Thank you so much for having us and for make our stay so pleasant !!

A lovely place in the centrum of all attractions, everything close in the walking dystans. Clean, comfortable room with private bathroom.
