My 9-year old son and I left today and already miss beautiful Dorandoran Guesthouse. We had a traditional room and loved sleeping on the floor matress. And the room smells sooo good! Perfect location for what we wanted to see. And best of all: the kind and caring hosts. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back to Gyengju and stay here again :)

The Soseoljae Guesthouse is in a perfect location for. Suiting ancient sites. The room looked great and was toasty warm. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Sleeping on the floor bed was more comfortable than I first thought. Breakfast was simple, delicious and healthy. It was a great place to stay.

The hanok stay mokhyang was very peaceful for our stay in gyeongju. It was clean, quiet, well equipped and the breakfast consisted of different bread from korea with fruits, yogurt and juice. The walk into the centre didn't take long and so I would recommend walking around the town to explore. Overall a great recommendation.

Dongparang hanok stay is set in Gyeongju and features a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

We enjoyed the genius loci of the place - the historical center of Gyeongju. The host was waiting for us as we indicated late arrival. Check-in was perfect as well as the whole stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast because of a wonderfull surprise of our host. She used to be a dancer and during the breakfast she showed us traditional Korean drums and presented different Korean rythms and dance steps. That was marvelous start up of the day - absolutely fitting to the historical place of Gyeongju.
