Just about everything at this place is great. Initially, I thought language would be an issue, but with a little use of translation apps, everything worked out splendidly. The owner is friendly, helpful and generous. She has furnished and decorated her establishment in such a way that it feels like home rather than rented accommodation, and that truly made a big difference for me. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangneung, and I would definitely stay here again 🤩

This hostel is directly at the beach. The rooms are small, but well equipped. The burgers in the restaurant are really good. The hostel is in a small village which has everything for a great stay: good restaurants, nice cafes, nice beach to hang out or surf, cristal clear see water.
