I had to arrive later than expected, but the staff waited for me and helped me check in. He was extremely friendly, insisted on carrying my luggage up the stairs, and as the air-conditioning in my room had stopped working, he compensated me so I could get some breakfast, put two fans in the room, and got the aircon fixed in the morning. It was a convenient location close to the airport (took about 15-20 mins by taxi), everything was really clean, towels, toiletries and sandals were provided, there was a fridge and tv I could use in my room, and the bed was comfy. There was also a kitchen with filtered water, cups and cutlery, a fridge, and other toiletries to use. The host even insisted on driving me to the train station the next morning. I had a great experience :-)

Best choice for a early flight from Incheon.beds are very comfortable.there is a seven/eleven in the building.what else to expect.and there is a free shuttle in the morning in front of Grand Hyatt 5 minutes walking.very nice wiev was a plus.
