The property is bang middle of the Hanok village, so very conveniently placed! Room was exactly like in the pictures and very comfortable. The owners were exceptional! Sadly we were staying there just for one night, we had an early morning train and had to leave by 7am. Breakfast is served at 8am which we were informed when we arrived and yet they provided some breakfast before we left at 7! Also gave us cut up fruits at dinner time since we couldn’t be there for breakfast. Just such a wholesome experience!

Easy to get to from the entrance of the hanok village. The road is well paved too so easy to push your luggage. The room was cozy with Dyson hairdryer, and amenities. You can turn on the ondol (floor heating system) too. The light switch on the bed head was helpful so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn on some light. The room was dark enough and quiet for a good night rest. I love the pretty blanket! The tv can be used to mirror your phone/laptop too and I enjoyed watching tving on it too.

Stayed in a family room with a loft bed and Fulton bed. Room is exceptionally huge with a 52"/55" TV. An added kitchennete area with microwave and water dispenser. Toilet is long and spacious enough to fit 4 persons. Aircon is well maintained and adjustable. Overall, room is very clean and welcoming. Kids enjoyed the stay and wished it was longer. Happily climbed up and down. Hanok owner is very helpful to recommend value for money eateries and places to visit. A simple breakfast prepared by the owner makes your day.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the host was extremely nice and she speaks english well. The breakfast is included. The location is very good, at the center of Hanok village. There is a CU store nearby, and a lot of great coffee places and restaurants.

If you’re looking to experience a hanok stay, I highly recommend Hanok Dream!! I decided to book this place after seeing all of the positive reviews and it truly lives up to the hype. The host is extremely kind and helped make this my favorite part of the trip. Perfect for first timers in Jeonju, he provides all of his recommendations and even drives you/ calls a taxi during check out to the bus terminal. The room itself is a bit small but for solo travelers, it’s sufficient. I was pretty worried about having to sleep on the floor but with the blankets/ sheets they provide, it was softer than some Korean hotel mattresses so I wouldn’t be too concerned. The location is also super convenient being a short walk to the main hanok village street! I hope to come back and stay here again :)

The house is in the heart of Jeonju Village. The host is very lovely. She went out of her way to give us suggestions on where to go for dinner after naver and all the other apps failed us in korean and english:)) Also the breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious!!! They bring it to your room between 8-9. I loved the whole experience of sleeping on the floor. It was very comfortable and warm. Even my partner who was worried that he will find it too hard, he absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for hosting us it was an amazing experience!!!
