The accommodation is located near the forest. I could enjoy sounds of falls and birds from the room. Norman and other staff were so kind and gave me warm hospitality. I feel the hotel was my home! Breakfast was delicious. I am vegetarian and fruits lover. The menu was well balanced, and I enjoyed it with the beautiful view. Mama Rose was really like a mom. I also love furniture, interior and designs of the building and rooms. So pretty!! Definitely whenever I come to Kenya, I will stay the Villa Rock! I already miss the place and staff as well as friendly dogs and cats!!

The extreme readiness of staff to help and meet my needs; from the moment I'd arrived to the moment I left. Steve, the staff member tasked with my room, had made sure all of my needs were met with extreme readiness and promptness, whether it was supplies, taxi bookings, phone arrangements, or shopping, everything really. The owner, Mrs. Sylvia, followed up incessantly and even out in some face time to see if I'm comfortable and whether I needed extra help to make my stay more satisfactory, which I didn't and told her there's literally nothing more they could do. She was exceedingly pleasant and hospitable.

Excellent – Clean & Great Value! Although i was not able to stay due to last change in plans, I had an opportunity to access the unit for a limited time. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all necessary amenities. It offers great value for money with a convenient location and seamless check-in/check-out.
