Very nice place to stay at especially close for buying authentic matcha, walking distance to tea shops and to the Nintendo Museum. The area is very quiet and calm. Close by to at beautiful shrine. Very friendly staff to guide us and greet us.

It was actually rather larger for what we have been used to in Japan. The fact there is everything you need, the washing machine a huge plus in summer and close to the stations. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also super quiet and felt extremely safe.

There is a check-in guide will be sent to you & u should read it to have a smooth check-in , there weren't any staff at all during our stay and it was quite an experience , we did the check-in through a screen and then got the code for our room , the room was clean and great with a view to Kyoto tower and Kyoto station , they provide new towels everyday in front of the room , i like the location the most , its so close to Kyoto station , quite area and there is a grocery store nearby . we tried to order through Uber eat and u just need to go down to take it since no one can enter inside without a code

Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Fresh towels were brought daily. Projector makes the room feel really cosy. Microwave in the lobby was a big plus. Location is good. Just a street away from the main train station. The staff was really nice.
