I was very fortunate that there were no other guests staying in the house and I had the whole space to myself, very spacious and comfortable, and the hostess Kyoko was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, close to Nara Deer Park.

best hostel I’ve stayed so far! it’s beautiful, has a big fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, near the station and the park. It is a more relaxed and calm place so there’s not much crazy social activity, if you’re loooking for some peace this is your place :)

We stayed for two nights at Natomi - what a wonderful relaxing stay after 10 days of travelling in the big cities ! We stayed in the Tatami room and it was so spacious and the futon were very comfortable. The walls are are traditional walls / doors so sound does travel however it didn’t bother us in the slightest. The shared bathrooms were well appointed and very clean! The space was so relaxing and peaceful - the staff were so very helpful and accomodating ! They helped us to find our way to a golf course when there were no taxis available. We had breakfast each day which was great value for money and dinner one evening which was delicious! The location was great for us (close to golf course) and in a small village which was very peaceful, but it was a little out of the way. We had such a lovely stay and would consider returning if / when we are back in Japan !

This was by far my favourite stay of my Japan trip. Not only was the guest house absolutely stunning and tastefully furnished, within very close proximity to the deer park, I was welcomed so warmly and it really felt like home for the night I was there. This is more than just a guest house- this is a beautiful place to bring people from all around the world together.

Since we arrived we loved the place, it is very calm and the hostess was super nice, it was an unforgettable stay.
